Tai Chi and qigong located at the Silverton Community hall. The class will run every Tuesday 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm. This is a class where you can start your tai chi practise. We will be learning the Cheng Man Ching tai chi form which is very similar to Yang style. We have a number of qigong sets which we practise including the 18 shi bas shi and the 8 pieces of brocade.
This is a lovely big hall and there is plenty of parking. The Class costs £10.00 per session and is run on a drop in basis.
